The Kings are in the desert today, preparing to take on the Phoenix Suns. The Suns have been in the news quite a bit in the past few days. On Sunday (October 22, 2017), the Suns decided to part ways with head coach Earl Watson after only three regular season games. The team then promoted assistant coach Jay Triano to head coach. This was all after all-star caliber point guard, Eric Bledsoe sent out a cryptic tweet on twitter:

Bledsoe met with team officials early Monday morning and it was announced by Suns GM Ryan McDonough that Bledsoe would not play against the Kings.

The Kings are coming off of a loss to the Denver Nuggets. The Kings struggled offensively shooting only 36.5% from the field and making only 8 out of 23 three-pointers attempted. Kings only had 34 points going into halftime. The Kings also couldn't seem to grab a board at all. They were out rebounded by the Nuggets 58-39.

Kings Keys to the Game:

•Get More Rebounds

As mentioned above, the Kings struggle rebounding the ball on the offensive side and defensive side against the Nuggets, that's something that has to change if you want to win in the NBA.

•Make Your Shots

Seems obvious, but you're probably not going to win a basketball game if you're not making your shots. The guards need to step up and make their jump shots tonight and the bigs need to get it done inside. The good news is that the Kings will be getting a little help as they'll will finally see the debut of Serbian sensation Bogdan Bogdanovic tonight.
