The Sacramento Kings have inked Jordan Farmar to a deal. Farmar finished his 2015-2016 campaign playing with Dave Joerger of the Memphis Grizzlies. This is a reunion between Jordan Farmar and Dave Joerger.
Farmar only played 12 games with Memphis while averaging 9.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists, on 42% shooting. He also had a stint previously in the season with the Maccabi Tel Aviv a EuroLeague team located in Tel Aviv, Israel. While playing Overseas for the first part of the season he averaged 8.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, in 8 games played.
Sacramento is now carrying 4 point guards on the roster that includes Ty Lawson, Darren Collison, Isaiah Cousins, and now Jordan Farmar. The Kings will need to make some moves to cut the roster down to 15. This move was made, more than likely, for depth purposes but we shall see how the Kings cut their roster down in the near future.
